We offer you two ways to submit your absentee bids:

Conditions For Absentee Bidding: Absentee Bids, whether written, phoned, faxed or e-mailed, are accepted as legal and binding contracts to purchase the described items. Successful Bidders will be notified by phone, fax, e-mail or mail within 3 working days—Payment is expected within 7 days following notification. Anyone of good creditworthiness acceptable to the Auctioneer may leave a bid, however, it is up to the sole discretion of the Auctioneer whether to accept an Absentee Bid or not. In the event that an absentee or phone representative fails to execute an absentee or phone bid (regardless of reason) the representative and/or Giguere Auction Co. will not be held responsible for any actual or imagined losses incurred. Purchases will be shipped within ten (10) working days of receipt of payment.

Breach of Purchase: If the Purchaser fails to pay in full the total purchase price of all items for which he/she was the highest Bidder within 15 days of the sale, Giguere Auction Co. may exercise all legal rights and remedies which may include: terminating the sale and applying any payments made by the Purchaser to the damages caused by the Purchaser's breach, and/or reoffering these items without any reserve at public auction and holding the Purchaser liable for any deficiency plus the costs of reselling the items.

Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the total sale/bid price.

Shipping & Taxes: The successful Absentee/Telephone Bidder is responsible for all Shipping Costs, Insurance and 5% Maine State Sales Tax (when applicable). Please allow a minimum of ten (10) working days for shipping after funds have cleared. Arrangements for shipping may be done through Mail Boxes, Etc. of Windham, Maine. To be exempted from Maine State Sales Tax, Bidder/Purchaser must provide a copy of a Valid State Seller's Certificate and a Signed Resale Certificate, along with payment. Transactions will not be completed until such documentation, and payment, are received by Giguere Auction Co.

Return Check Policy: All returned checks will be assessed a Processing Fee of $30.00.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bidder must fill in Order Number and full Description, and your maximum bid will be executed by the House on a competitive basis.
"+1" means that the Bidder would like to bid one increment above the Left Bid in the event of a tie bid.
If "+1" is not indicated by Bidder, a "No" response will be automatically assumed by the bidding representative.
In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Order Number and the Description, the representative will go by the Description.
If the Description does not seem accurate, Bid will not be executed.
